דרור בלום הוא מוזיקאי, מפיק וטכנאי קול, מייסד ומוביל פרויקט ״הד״. במסגרת שירות המילואים שלו דרור מלווה חיילים בסדיר במרפאת ״תעצומות״ בצה״ל, המעניקה טיפול לחיילים המתמודדים עם תסמינים פוסט-טראומטיים בעקבות חוויות לחימה במלחמת ״חרבות ברזל״. שם נחשף מקרוב לכוחה של היצירה ככלי לעיבוד טראומה. דרור הוא לוחם ומפקד במילואים ביחידה מובחרת, ובמהלך המלחמה לחם בעזה לאורך תקופות ממושכות. עם החזרה הביתה בחר לעבד את חוויותיו בדרך שהוא מכיר הכי טוב - הוא כתב והפיק אלבום אישי שמעבד את מה שעבר בלחימה. מתוך התהליך האישי הזה נולד פרויקט הד, שמזמין לוחמים ולוחמות נוספים להפוך את החוויה שלהם לשיר, ולקחת בחזרה את השליטה על הסיפור שלהם.

Dror Bloom is a musician, producer, and sound technician, founder and leader of Project Hed. As part of his reserve duty, Dror supports active-duty soldiers at the IDF's "Ta'atzumot" clinic, which treats soldiers coping with post-traumatic symptoms from combat experiences during the "Swords of Iron" war. There he witnessed up close the power of creation as a tool for processing trauma. Dror is a combat soldier and reserve commander in an elite unit, and during the war he fought in Gaza for extended periods. When he came home, he chose to process his experiences the way he knows best - he wrote and produced a personal album processing what he went through in combat. Out of that personal process, Project Hed was born, inviting fellow soldiers, men and women, to turn their own experience into a song, and take back control of their story.

Rotem Goodman is a clinical social worker (MSW), a graduate of the trauma specialization track at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a certified group facilitator through Tel Aviv University. She currently provides individual and group therapy at the IDF's "Ta'atzumot" clinic, which treats active-duty soldiers coping with post-traumatic symptoms from combat experiences during the "Swords of Iron" war. She is certified in evidence-based post-trauma protocols, including CPT, PE, and WET.

משה בן סימון הוא פרופ' במחלקה לקרימינולוגיה של אוניברסיטת בר-אילן. בהיותו קרימינולוג ומטפל במוזיקה, משה משלב במחקריו את שני התחומים ומפרסם מאמרים בהקשר לטיפול במוזיקה עם נפגעי טרור ומלחמה. מאז השבעה באוקטובר מחקריו מתמקדים בפיתוח מודלים קליניים בטיפול במוזיקה עבור מטפלים במוזיקה ומטופליהם. כמו-כן, משה עוסק בטיפול במוזיקה עם התמכרות לסמים ואלכוהול.

Prof. Moshe Bensimon is a professor in the Department of Criminology at Bar-Ilan University. As both a criminologist and music therapist, he combines the two fields in his research, publishing on music therapy with survivors of terror and war. Since October 7th, his research has focused on developing clinical models in music therapy for music therapists and their clients. He also works on music therapy for drug and alcohol addiction.

Artists he has worked with include Hanan Ben Ari, Eden Ben Zaken, Yuval Raphael, Jane Bordeaux, and Rami Fortis, among others. In addition to studio work, Eran is a sought-after live sound engineer and lecturer at Pluto.

רועי ברזוביץ' הוא טכנאי מיקס ומאסטרינג, מפיק, טכנאי בכיר בפלוטו, מרצה בקורס פרוטולס, קורס מיקס ומנחה מגוון סדנאות במקום. רועי עובד במתחם האולפנים של פלוטו וחולק אולפן יחד עם נעם לוינברג. מוזיקה תמיד היתה מקום חשוב בעולמו של רועי כבר מגיל צעיר בתור מוזיקאי, התחיל להקליט ולהפיק מוזיקה עם חברים. מה שהחל כדרך להתפתח ביצירה יצר למעשה עולם חדש בפני עצמו של מיקסים והקלטות בו התאהב.

Roi Barzovich is a mix and mastering engineer, producer, and senior technician at Pluto, where he teaches the Pro Tools course, a mixing course, and leads a variety of workshops. Roi works in Pluto's studio complex, sharing a studio with Noam Levinberg. Music has always held an important place in Roi's world — as a young musician he started recording and producing music with friends. What began as a way to grow as a creator opened up an entirely new world of mixing and recording that he fell in love with.

He works as a sync agent with Stardust and independently, and is an international ghost producer.

Dor is also part of the drum and bass duo Cybersloth, an original project that expresses the electronic influences and sound that accompany him as a producer and creator.

Adam Soloujon is a saz and guitar player, producer, and mix engineer. He studied saz in Turkey with masters across Istanbul. Today he plays in a saz trio with master musician Gur Volner. He is a producer and member of InMARBLE, a hard-hitting rock band, and a mix engineer for the Detox Friday social media series.

Yuval Freibach and Guy Biram are a duo of musician-producers from Jaffa who created the band Doots, an electro-ethnic outfit with psychedelic influences that blends folk instruments with live electronics. Together they produced the band's debut EP along with a variety of singles and tracks along the way. In parallel, they perform a live electro-acoustic set that travels between stages across Israel. They are graduates of BPM and Pluto.

Oren Raziel is a music producer and guitarist, producing mainly groove and live music. Artists he has worked with include Tamir Levi, Eilat Roee, Inbar Berlach, and Eric. Oren also serves as head of the production team for Detox Friday, a platform known for encouraging artists across the country. He studied for two years at Pluto Studios in the production and creation track and the studio engineering track, and today produces his own projects at his studio at Pluto.
